Their celebration on May 31st, 2025 was the perfect mix of classic, timeless elegance and pure fun, and it was such an honor to capture every moment of it.
From a love story that started with persistence (and a little bit of rejection 😉) to a wedding day full of meaningful details, their day was one I won’t forget.

Ashleigh and Jordan’s story started in the most unexpected way at a party.
Jordan spotted Ashleigh standing alone and decided to take his shot… but she wasn’t immediately convinced. In fact, she turned him down not once, but multiple times over the course of a few months.
But Jordan didn’t give up. And eventually, Ashleigh said yes to a date… and the rest is history.
Their story is such a reminder that sometimes the best things in life are worth waiting (and asking a few times) for.

From the very beginning, Ashleigh and Jordan knew they wanted a wedding that felt:
classic, timeless, and exciting
And they absolutely brought that vision to life.
Their color palette of sage green, dusty blue, and gold created the most beautiful atmosphere elegant, warm, and inviting. Every detail felt intentional and perfectly tied together, giving their day that elevated yet welcoming feel that so many couples dream of.

When it came to choosing their venue, Ashleigh and Jordan toured several locations around Lubbock—but one stood out immediately.
It wasn’t just the space itself (which was exactly what they were looking for)… it was the experience. The owner showing the venue made such an impact with her kindness and warmth, and that moment sealed the deal.
And honestly this is something I always tell my couples:
your vendors and venue team matter just as much as the space itself.

One of my favorite parts of any wedding day is seeing the personal touches that make it unique to each couple and Ashleigh and Jordan included such special, heartfelt elements.
They honored loved ones with a memory table, creating a beautiful space to remember those who couldn’t be there physically but were absolutely present in spirit.
They also included a money dance, which brought so much energy, laughter, and fun to the reception. It was one of those moments where you could just feel how loved and celebrated they are by everyone around them.

One of the most special parts of this wedding for me personally?
Ashleigh found me because I photographed her sister’s wedding 🥹
There is truly no greater compliment as a Lubbock photographer than being trusted by the same family to capture multiple milestones. It means the world to me and is exactly why I love what I do.
To the newlyweds, thank you for trusting me to capture your day. Your love, laughter, and excitement were contagious, and I know your marriage will be full of that same energy and devotion.
Cheers to forever, Ashleigh & Jordan! 🥂
